Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum age requirement to become a member of Good News Coming?
Yes. 18 years old.

Can both husband and wife become members (if I am a member can my wife join too)?
Yes. Providing you have the same sponsor and do not stack under each other (stacking).

Can I enroll more than 4 people?
Yes. You can enroll as many as you'd like, up to 100 people in your frontline (1st level). If you have more than that they would be placed in your 2nd level.

What happens if I sponsor more than 100 new Reps/QR's? How does the computer place my new Reps/QR's?
You will automatically have the opportunity to place your new Reps/QR's. You will be given 48 hours to either place a new Rep/QR anywhere in your downline, or at the end of the 48 hours they will automatically be placed in your first available downline opening.

Do I have to tell my new customers to sign up under my ID number?
When you become a member you will get your own web site address, which you will be able to choose and customize. If you use email, Facebook, or Myspace to contact your new prospects, you will forward that link. When your prospect opens that link to read about Good News Coming, if they enroll, that link will automatically place them back to you. However, if you are away from your computer you would either give them a business card, with your member ID on it, or tell them your ID number and tell them to use it if they sign up.

How should I organize my business?
You are allowed 100 members in your frontline (1st level). It is not always best to put everyone in your frontline. If you have a person in your downline that is struggling with getting new customers, you might want to put some of your new customers under that person. Your entire matrix could stay stronger if you help the people in your downline.

Do I have to check my email every day?
No. We would hope you are enjoying your daily Good News message everyday, but remember we will be using your email for ALL notifications and communications. With that in mind, you should check your messages daily.

Do I need expert computer skills?
No. Very basic skills are all you need. You need to open your email, with a few clicks access your back office administrative site, where you can prospect, or work your business.

How do I get paid?
All funds will be deposited at Bank of America, or similar institution. On the 25th of each month all of your downline will be counted. The information will be transferred to the Bank of America check writing service. They will print the check and you should receive it on or about the 1st of each month via mail. (There will be a $2.00 check processing fee charged)

Do I have to add new members each month?
No. Only if you want to increase your earnings potential. See our Compensation Plan.

Can I pay for someone else’s account?
A member who is strictly a Customer may pay for the accounts of as many other Customers as they would like. However, a member who is a Representative cannot purchase the product for another party.

Can two people purchase the product and have it sent to the same email?
No. Each member must provide their own personal email address.

Can a non-profit organization become a representative and participate in the compensation plan?
Yes, absolutely. However, Good News Coming recommends seeking professional advice on the financial effects of your membership, as we cannot offer advice regarding the financial ramifications.

What happens if I miss a payment?
During enrollment, a subscription is created for your account. You can cancel at any time by using our site. If for some reason your scheduled subscription payment fails, we shall notify you by email and allow you some time to rectify the situation prior to taking further action.
  1. Customer-only: Continued failure of payment attempts will result in the termination of the daily good news message and all access to the other website features.
  2. Representative/Qualified Representative: During our payout process on the 25th of each month, if your account is not in good standing due to failed payment we will hold payment until the next payout cycle. If at that time payment has still not been received, you will forfeit the original compensation and it will be passed upline. Once 60 days have passed, you will forfeit your position in the matrix (and your downline).
Do I have to enroll for a specific length of time?
No. Although our membership fees are set up on a subscription basis, you may cancel at any time. Membership fees are not prorated and you will continue to receive all of the benefits of your membership until the next billing cycle, at which time you will not be charged and your services will cease.

Can I forward my daily messages to a friend?
Yes.

Why does Good News Coming use network marketing to distribute its product?
It is our goal to have as many people receive this good news message as possible. We could have literally spent millions of dollars through conventional advertising means to direct people to our website, or we could pay YOU to help us spread this good news. In today’s economic times we felt that armed with good, positive, news and the chance to also benefit our members financially, we could have a life changing influence on our membership.

We offer email support through our web site www.goodnewscoming.com as well as support forums.

During enrollment a subscription will be created for you and each month your membership fee will be charged by Good News Coming.

You may cancel your membership from your member home page by going to My Account. Good News Coming will automatically be notified of your cancellation.

How much money can I make?
Good News Coming, Inc. cannot make any guarantees on the amount of money you can make. As we have said, the amount of money you can make TOTALLY depends on the effort you put into recruiting new members. You and ONLY you are in control of that question!

How can I make the most money?
By sponsoring more customer and members, and encouraging everyone else in your downline to do the same. Remember, you receive a share of sales 5 LEVELS DOWN. The more you sponsor (and your downline sponsors), the more monthly income you can make.

Is there a limit on the total amount of people I can sponsor?
No. As a matter of fact, that is why we have created this compensation plan, we want you to sponsor more people, because they will be getting our GOOD NEWS every day!

How does the compensation work?
Details of the compensation plan are available here. All Customers that enroll below you, for 5 levels, each put $3.00 into your monthly compensation.

What happens if I change my address and don't tell the company?
Good New Coming will have collected your mailing address as part of your tax information, we will sent you a letter advising you we have no way of contacting you. After a period of two (2) weeks, if you have not advised us of your new address, your Business Center will be froze in time and the down line money will pass through you to the customers above you.

Is there a special fee to set up my business center?
No, the only fees are described on our Membership Benefits page.

What is a business center?
It is your position of your business in the Good News Coming matrix. Everyone’s "self" is the business center. It is your own business, so you can sell your position (business), your business is transferrable, and your business is willable (see Policies and Procedures).

Is there any training available? Do I need any training to be successful as a Good News Coming Representative?
Because this is an internet-based business a certain amount of internet skills are required; however, our site is designed to be easy-to-use for everyone who has spent even a casual amount of time online. We believe as long as YOU feel there is a need for good positive news on a daily basis, you shouldn't have much difficulty telling your friends!

Why must I be logged in, to use the blog?
The blog feature is one of the full service features offered to members only. By requiring a login, it is a way for you to communicate with your fellow Customers and Representatives in a safe online environment free from some of the nastier elements of the Web.

Will I have my own personal web page as a Representative?
Yes. Your backoffice services include the ability to upload your picture and a personal introduction to users who access your custom web site address, even during our pre-launch phase prior to May 1st, 2009. Your custom link is available from your member area once you've enrolled.

Do I have to tell everyone to sign up under my name, so i will get the credit for that person?
Each Representative receives a custom web site address (such as http://johnsmith.goodnewscoming.com). The login you select for the site will be the basis for your custom web address. Anyone who enrolls with Good News Coming under your custom web site address will automatically be placed in your frontline. If you are out and about, you may want to develop some business cards with your custom address on them, and inform anyone you give the card to to use that address when they sign up. You can also email this address from your online backoffice for prospective members.

How come my friends aren’t getting the messages I forwarded them from my website?
Your friends may have sophisticated filters in place that do not recognize the source of your Email, or may not allow your attachment. Here are a couple of suggestions:
  1. Have your friends check their “Junk” mail, or “Spam” folders for the message. If they find it there, simply add the message to the “Safe Senders” list.
  2. Cut and Paste your customized web address and send it through your regular Email account.
  3. If you’re still having difficulty, please contact us.
